At Cedar Planters, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your garden setup. If your planter isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Planter

  Disassemble the planter if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
